Requirements

  • To be considered for the apprenticeship programme, you will need:
  • To have studied A-Levels or equivalent studies and achieved at least 120 UCAS Points

Responsibilities

  • You will be able to earn a salary and gain a qualification at the same time with the opportunity to study toward a Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Services, which is equivalent to the first year of a law undergraduate degree.
  • The Healthcare division advise the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims.
  • The team advise on medical insurance coverage, health law advice and regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews.
  • The team have a presence across our London, Cambridge, Sheffield, Birmingham and some of our global offices.
