Is there a minimum age for volunteering?
Yes, the minimum age for volunteering in our shops is 18. Those aged between 16-18 may volunteer if they are on a recognised scheme, such as the Duke of Edinburgh.
Will I receive training as a volunteer?
Yes, there will be a full induction and ongoing training opportunities to ensure you are confident and able to excel in your role.

Every hour you volunteer helps raise funds; for example, a 7-hour shift can generate approximately £140, which contributes to funding clinical trials and research.
