What days are shifts available for the Shop Volunteer position?
Shifts are available on Monday, Friday, and Saturday.
Is previous experience required to volunteer in the shop?
No, previous experience is not required to volunteer.
What tasks will I be responsible for as a shop volunteer?
As a shop volunteer, you will serve customers, sort and price donated items, work on displays, keep the shop tidy, interact with the public, and follow health and safety measures.
What age do I need to be to volunteer in the shop?
The minimum age for volunteering in our shops is 18. However, if you are aged between 16-18, you may still be able to volunteer if you are on a recognized scheme, such as the Duke of Edinburgh.
Will I receive training as a volunteer?
Yes, there will be a full induction and ongoing training opportunities to ensure you are confident and able to excel in your role.
