Requirements

  • Fields of study: Computer Science, EE or Systems Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or pursuing a graduate studies degree (Junior/Senior year) during 2025/26
  • Good written skills are important. Experience with Systems Design and Documentation would be helpful.
  • Experience with simulation environments such as Unity, Simulink, Carmaker.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++ or C

Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand the hardware and components of the existing simulation systems.
  • Create concept of operations, instructional materials and simulation usage guidelines.
  • Create Hardware and Software Bill of Materials.
  • Document the hardware interfaces for both electrical and software interfaces.
  • Extend hardware and software functionality within existing software simulations.
  • Create test automation that checks hardware and software operations within the simulation environment.
  • Create software interfaces to new hardware introduced into the simulation environment.
  • Perform other job duties as required.
