Requirements

  • Social media experience, whether it be personal or professional on all core platforms, including TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram – Reddit and Discord preferred
  • Knowledgeable in social analytics and social listening
  • Passionate about pop culture and in tune with what’s trending on social media in real-time
  • Program Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate degree during the length of the program
  • Current class standing of sophomore, (second year college student) or above
  • Strong academic record (minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA)
  • Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program

Responsibilities

  • Support Tubi’s social media strategy, executing day-to-day content plans and campaigns across all platforms
  • Review all creative to ensure that posts adhere to Tubi brand guidelines
  • Develop core social media marketing skills such as brief writing, feedback communication, cross-functional stakeholder management, and reporting
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to develop effective project management tracking processes and reporting
  • Support day-to-day management of small-scale research and trend spotting among Gen Z audience
  • Provide daily support to the Social Team leading with an opportunity to own parts of larger marketing efforts
  • Add meaningful contributions to strategic and tactical plans through social platform and content research
  • Track results and analytics to draw meaningful conclusions and learnings from these metrics
  • Identify trends in real-time to insert Tubi in relevant social conversations and drive organic reach
  • Find ways to boost follower engagement across existing channels as well as build new audiences on emerging platforms
  • Guide our influencer partners and brand ambassador relationships to generate brand love
  • Work with agency partners across social community management, creative development, and talent relations
