  • Must be an enrolled college student completing a bachelor’s or graduate program in a technology related field such as computer science, computer engineering, or information systems.

  • Knowledge of a scripting language such as Python.
  • Ability to develop queries utilizing a query language such as T-SQL.
  • Have completed education in or experience with C#, Java, or C++.
  • Decrease the amount of time and effort required to perform a MOSAIQ software upgrade.
  • Improve the quality of the MOSAIQ software upgrade process.
  • Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired project goals and prudence and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to learn and apply new concepts quickly in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • As an OIS Modernization intern you will help migrate existing software and tooling to modern solutions.
  • Examples include, resolving cybersecurity flaws, creating processes and tooling for migrating to a new requirements management system, creation of automated tests to enhance CI/CD pipelines, or analyzing and upgrading third party packages and managing Software of Unknown Provenance (SOUP), etc.
  • Decrease the amount of time and effort required to perform a MOSAIQ software upgrade.
  • Improve the quality of the MOSAIQ software upgrade process.
  • Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired project goals and prudence and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to learn and apply new concepts quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Dedication to helping others.
