Requirements

  • Intern Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in Computer Science, with an expected graduation date from fall 2023 to Spring 2024
  • Must be Availability in May/Early June
  • Programming in Java, or other modern OO programming languages
  • Algorithms and object-oriented design
  • Agile, Test-driven development
  • Cloud native infrastructure – (scripting, AWS services like EKS, Aurora/RDS, VPC)
  • Back end technologies – RESTful API concepts, Microservices
  • Web-based applications and technologies
  • Good to have: experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and HTML5/CSS3, Javascript application frameworks such as React (preferred), Angular, or Vue

Responsibilities

  • You will be part of our Product Development team, where you will work with a dedicated mentor and other fellow interns on a software project that adds value to our mission here at Guidewire.
