Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in bachelor’s degree or higher program, in the listed preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Engineering ( electronic ) , Business.
  • Expected Graduation Date between Fall 2024 – Fall 2025.
  • Familiarity with Telecommunications Networking Principles including the OSI Model, Cloud Architecture frameworks, and a basic understanding of the communications infrastructure industry.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate highly technical concepts across a wide audience.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new or us technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Excitement for technical problem-solving.
  • Exposure to one of the listed technical domains is a plus: cloud computing, storage, cybersecurity, data intelligence and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • SAs a Solutions Architect Intern, you will receive technical training revolving around architecture, communications infrastructure, and business transformation. You will receive experience in solution-selling, including sales skillsets and methodologies as well as overall strategy in customer relationship management. Successful completion of the internship will set you up as a potential candidate for future opportunities at Telstra upon graduation.
  • As a Solutions Architect Intern, you will learn about Telstra’s products and solutions sets, and how these solutions meet our customers’ business transformation goals. You will assist the Solutions Architect team in evangelizing Telstra as the partner of choice, conceptualizing appropriate technology solutions that exceed our customers, and driving these requirements to completion.
  • You will be part of the team identifying areas for process improvement and take part in documenting technical best practices and go-to-market strategies.
