  • To apply for our Spring into Banking Programme you must be in the first year of your undergraduate studies, or your second year of a four-year course.
  • We recruit highly intelligent students who are ambitious and adaptable.
  • They are studying for degrees in many different disciplines.
  • Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background.
  • We have very comprehensive training programmes that will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.

  • You should not only be passionate about the world of finance, but also show a keen interest in your chosen field.

Responsibilities

  • Your four-day programme starts with an introduction to Technology, Data & Innovation in banking.
  • Led by expert trainers, you will learn how financial markets work and get to know more about the way Deutsche Bank operates.
  • There will be multiple opportunities to practice and develop your soft skills such as networking, presenting and interviewing.
  • Spring into Banking is a programme that not only recognizes your talent but also rewards it.
