Responsibilities

  • You will work with top-tier professionals with significant experience leading top global corporate finance deals.

  • You will work on significant deals in corporate finance, interact with clients, and handle increasingly important responsibilities.
  • Overall Deal Support
  • Analysts are expected to provide end-to-end support for deal execution.
  • This includes client management, holding and attending interfaces, discussions and negotiations with clients, investors, banks, and other parties involved in the transaction, coordinating with clients and counterparties for due diligence requirements, communicating analysis and recommendations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial and Analytical Work
  • Examples of financial and analytical work are conducting research on relevant industries to understand key trends, patterns, and industry dynamics, analyzing a company’s historical financials, creating projections and financial models, conducting working capital, cash flow, debt capacity, and valuation analyses.
  • Presentation Work
  • Presentation work involves the putting together and presenting various PowerPoint presentations including marketing documents or pitchbooks and documents for live transactions including teasers, information memorandums, proposal decks for investors and financial institutions, and presentations to client management or Board of Directors.
  • Administrative Work
  • Although we have administrative assistants, the nature of the work requires that analysts set up conference calls, make arrangements for meetings, site visits and travels, keep team members up to date, and assist in general administrative work in the firm (e.g., marketing, newsletters and communication channels).
