Responsibilities

  • Participer à la mise en conformité des solutions d’intelligence artificielles (IA) en collaboration avec l’équipe Data Privacy et l’équipe projet.
  • Participer à l'examen et à la mise à jour du cadre d'évaluation des risques liés à l'IA, ainsi qu'au suivi de la réglementation.
  • Participer à des projets de conformité pour répondre aux exigences réglementaires en matière de protection des données personnelles en collaboration avec la première ligne de défense et l'équipe Data Privacy.
  • Adapter, si nécessaire, les orientations et les instructions pour se conformer aux exigences nouvelles ou aux évolutions en matière de protection des données personnelles, coordonner et participer aux formations.
  • Effectuer des analyses d'impact sur les transferts de données et sur la protection des données.
  • Effectuer des contrôles de deuxième ligne de défense et soutenir l'équipe Data Privacy dans l'exécution de ces contrôles.
  • Revoir les clauses protection des données dans les contrats.
  • Mettre à jour les registres de traitement de données personnelles.
  • Assister l’équipe Data Privacy dans la collecte d'informations auprès du business, vérification des informations reçues, préparation des présentations, rédaction des compte-rendus des réunions et autres tâches d'organisation.
