Requirements

Diplômé d’une grande école ou d’une université de premier rang, vous avez un attrait pour la finance de marchés.
Vous parlez couramment l’anglais et avez une bonne maitrise de Powerpoint, Excel et Word.
Vous êtes dynamique et rigoureux, vous bénéficiez d’une bonne aisance relationnelle et vous souhaitez intégrer un environnement exigeant et formateur.
Vous devez impérativement disposer d'une convention de stage école couvrant toute la durée de la mission.

Responsibilities

Au cœur de la salle des marchés, vous faites partie de l’équipe en charge des produits structurés sur toutes les classes d’actifs : actions, taux d’intérêt, crédit, matières premières, taux de change et OPCVM.
Dans ce contexte, vous serez intégré à l’équipe France ou Suisse et vous serez amené à :
Concevoir les supports de vente (pitchs produits, appels d’offres, etc) adaptés aux différents types de clients (distributeurs et institutionnels)
Objectifs, détail du mécanisme, avantages/inconvénients
Étude de scénarios, simulations historiques backtesting
Analyse et contexte de marché de l’actif sous-jacent
Préparer l’offre produits en relation avec l’ingénierie financière et la recherche stratégique
Mise en avant des meilleurs produits pour chaque classe d’actifs
Approfondissement de chaque sous-jacent avec les analyses macroéconomiques (top-down) et par entreprises (bottom-up)
Participer au « push produits » sur les offres suivantes
Thématiques Recherche en lien avec notre stratégiste cross asset
Indices Quantitatifs en lien avec notre responsable indice
Vous aurez également l’occasion de travailler sur des projets transversaux long terme amélioration du fonctionnement du desk (ex: développement de campagnes d’emailings, automatisation de rapports, etc), support sur des projets commerciaux spécifiques (ex : détermination d’une allocation d’actifs dédiée), etc.
