Responsibilities

  • Eseguire analisi microbiologiche qualitative, quantitative di materie prime e prodotti finiti previste nelle procedure analitiche di Stabilimento, avendo cura di rispettare le indicazioni in esse contenute e segnalando tempestivamente al Responsabile di laboratorio eventuali risultati fuori specifica
  • Supportare nella gestione e preparazione dei terreni colturali
  • Effettuare campionamento e analisi microbiologica acque di processo
  • Eseguire controlli ambientali
  • Registrare sugli appositi registri le analisi effettuate ed inserire nel Sistema informatico (LIMS) di Stabilimento i risultati delle prove eseguite
  • Rispettare le procedure operative standard di Reparto relative alle istruzioni sia operative che di sicurezza, segnalando eventuali anomalie incontrate nell’applicazione delle norme
  • Contribuire alle attività di qualifica e taratura degli strumenti analitici di Laboratorio
  • Eseguire analisi di packaging su materiali di confezionamento primario e secondario
  • Contribuire al lavaggio della vetreria di laboratorio ed alla pulizia di strumentazione e banchi di lavoro, per il mantenimento dell'ordine nell’area di laboratorio
  • Contribuire allo smaltimento dei rifiuti di laboratorio
