Responsibilities

  • Etablir les contacts locaux : collectivités territoriales et administrations locales
  • Analyser différents contraintes réglementaires (documents d’urbanisme type PLU/PLUi, SCOT, PPR, servitudes, doctrines Chambres d’Agriculture et des documents cadre)
  • Rencontrer des propriétaires fonciers (collectivités territoriales, privés)
  • Rédiger des documents de synthèse, des études de faisabilité et des présentations
  • Partie Concertation et communication : prendre des contacts par téléphone, rencontrer des conseils municipaux, participer à la stratégie d’implantation territoriale
  • Accompagner le chef de projets dans le suivi et pilotage des bureaux d’études (définition des plannings, des missions et de suivi des couts liées au projet)
  • Suivre les procédures administratives en cours (PC ou AE)
  • Comprendre la réglementation agrivoltaïque
