Responsibilities

  • Support the Process and Events Manager / Process & Projects advisor with company events that take place throughout the year.
  • Managing any communication, collation and booking travel & accommodation for the events.
  • Make events HO and roadshows.
  • Top shops event.
  • Area Manager development event.
  • Flagged store event.
  • Christmas conference.
  • Support with managing company events – travel and accommodation.
  • Manage store / support teams’ accommodation and travel process and bookings ensuring costs are flagged with line manager.
  • Manage ‘We Love Feedback’ from store teams, collate information and provide feedback to stores.
  • Support the Process and Events Manager / Process & Projects advisor with KISS incentives e.g. HHT and intranet development, key company processes.
  • Send consecutive sales to area managers bi-weekly.
  • Pull area managers routes and share with the regional managers and Sales Operations Director.
  • Setting up SAS for stores HHT’s.
  • Setting up new stores and closing stores on Retek.
  • Date coded lines sent to buyers for investigation – weekly.
  • Any other duties as requested by Line Manager.
