Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in digital technology, strategy, and operations.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and willingness to learn new software applications.
  • Prior experience or coursework in digital transformation, project management, or business analysis is a plus.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Currently enrolled in a BS/MS in Procurement/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data analytics tools is a plus (i.e., Tableau).
  • Facilitation skills to collaborate with stakeholders and within Finance.
  • Good teamwork and influencing skills.
  • Can commit to at least a 12-week internship.
  • Ability to relocate to the Bay Area, California, for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategy, analysis, and roadmap of solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide support for digital projects and new business models.
  • Maintain and disseminate tools, templates and tracking mechanisms to effectively manage the planning, organization, and coordination of projects.
  • Help develop training materials and documentation to facilitate the adoption of new digital solutions.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure the impact of digital initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions aimed at driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Assist worldwide Finance and business teams with completion of tasks as needed.
