What are the main responsibilities of the Strategy Intern?
The main responsibilities include conducting research, developing presentations, managing high-volume ad-hoc research requests, creating trend reports and audience intelligence, and supporting the team in brainstorming creative ideas.
What skills are required to apply for the Strategy Intern position?
Required skills include a strong interest in brand and marketing strategy, organizational skills, excellent writing and proofreading abilities, and research experience. Familiarity with Google Suite and some marketing tools is preferred but not required.
What is the anticipated hourly pay for the intern position?
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is between $18.00-20.00, depending on various factors such as relevant experience and location.
Is there an opportunity for interns to work on a collaborative project?
Yes, interns will collaborate to create a Spoonfed project, which is a mini-presentation on a relevant topic that will be presented internally at Giant Spoon.
Will interns have opportunities for networking and learning?
Yes, interns are welcome to join town halls, weekly updates, lunches, and happy hours, as well as participate in workshops and Q&As with craft leads during the summer.
Is previous experience with marketing tools necessary for the internship?
Previous experience with marketing tools such as Simmons, GWI, WARC, Statista, or Brandwatch is preferred but not required.
