Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
  • Available to begin work in May 2025
  • Experience with the following software systems is considered an asset: MS office products including SharePoint Administration, Livelink Enterprise Content, HDMS TechDocs
  • Must be enrolled in a Computer Engineering, Data Science and Analytics, Business Analytics, or Business Technology Management Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
  • Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered
  • New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Support with data analytics, design, data optimization and automation of tasks through code and macros on excel.
  • Create Power BI Dashboard and Spotfire.
  • Develop and monitor IM metrics for health of site IM processes.
  • Automate and build efficiencies in current IM process.
  • Work with Corporate Data Office to access/develop site reporting.
