Requirements

  • Education:
  • Actively pursuing a Master or PhD degree in Epidemiology or Biostatistics
  • Experience and Required Skills:
  • Previous work experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • SAS programming skills

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to real-world data analyses to support Fresenius Medical Care products and services.
  • Experiences various elements of the observational research process including study design, data analysis, data interpretation and presentation.
  • Assists with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
  • Participates in at least one internal presentation.
  • Customer Service:
  • Responsible for driving the FMCNA culture through values and customer service standards.
  • Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
  • Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
