Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
  • You have completed your third year of an undergraduate program or first year of a graduate program and are returning to your program post-internship.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of office operations within the Facilities team including meeting prep, event support, inventory management, and all aspects of mail room operations.
  • Between day-to-day responsibilities, the intern will also engage in one-on-one conversations with a range of Gensler employees who support business operations, gaining invaluable experience.
  • Assist with our office's change management strategy by helping to implement a new system of mail delivery for our the mail room.
