This should provide you with the opportunity, and support required, to overcome several key challenges that you may not have access to when assigned to only one team. These rotations should give you potential access to Project Delivery, SCADA Support, Product Development, Business Analysis, or QA. Once you&nbsp;graduate, having had the exposure to most technical challenges you could face, we would hope you feel confident that your first year of work will be a complete success (hopefully with Ovarro once we have&nbsp;Graduate&nbsp;roles available)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>
