- Are you looking for an opportunity to work in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on experience in Talent Coordination within an innovative software company? Personio is growing and growing - and for that we need you!
- As an Intern in Talent Coordination, your main mission will be to support the Talent Acquisition team in all administrative facets of Talent Acquisition, from scheduling interviews and managing candidate travels to improving our processes and workflows. You will become part of our international Talent Coordination team, developing into an expert in creating an exceptional candidate experience for our candidates and interviewers. This is a temporary position 40 hours a week (6-month contract) with the potential to extend the internship or to become a working student afterward. This role can be located in Munich, London, or Amsterdam.

Responsibilities
- You will support our Talent Acquisition team in the entire recruiting process and will be responsible for all coordination activities - providing the best care for our candidates and internal stakeholders by keeping them informed and answering their questions promptly
- You will provide support in administrative coordination tasks, from managing candidate profiles, and updating our communication channels and tools to improving our processes and our customer experiences (candidates and business) by bringing in your own ideas
- You will take full responsibility for scheduling interviews, ensuring that they run on time and smoothly. This includes coordinating all necessary resources such as accommodation, flights, meeting rooms, video interviews, and office visits in all our locations
- You will assist in other recruiting activities (e.g. Assessment Events, Employer Branding, etc.) as needed
Requirements
Hard Skills:
- You are currently or have been pursuing a university degree in a related field (Business, HR, psychology)
- You already have some experience in recruiting, HR functions, or other coordination activities
- English is required, as we are a European company
Soft Skills:
- Admiring problems is not your thing - you prefer to actively address them and find a solution
- You have excellent organizational skills
- Your communication is direct and is fluent in English
- You enjoy working with people
