Requirements

  • Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required)
  • The Skill Set:
  • Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a relevant program, or a recent graduate with a degree in Design, Graphic Arts or similar field (a degree is not required)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite in a Mac environment
  • Must be highly detail-oriented in work and communication
  • Ability to maintain timelines, priorities and organize work
  • Positive attitude and ability to work and succeed in a team environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently coolest cities (just ask HuffPost, Buzzfeed and Forbes). Seriously — if you’re lucky, we might help you relocate here.

Responsibilities

  • Work with accounts payable team and media related invoicing.
  • Assist with processing of the invoices inbox to appropriate team members.
  • Assist with vendor reporting metrics for the accounting team.
  • Develop general accounting skills.
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
