Requirements

Incumbent must be enrolled in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance (or related) curriculum at an accredited college or university and completed at least one year of study with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Skills/Competencies:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

In this role, under close supervision of a degreed professional, you’ll review subcontracts, identify where we are on the projects, create summary reports of action items, communicate with subcontractors by phone what we need, and potentially do light negotiation. You may also do other assignments as needed. Assignments are designed to develop a working knowledge of policies, practices, and procedures related to subcontracts, contracts, and procurement. This is a developmental position for college interns who are pursuing a non-technical field of study.
Various Projects:
In this role, the incumbent will work on a variety of commercial projects in the U.S. under the supervision of the Director, Procurement.
