Requirements

  • To be successful in this role you will:
  • Be currently enrolled or in possession of a Bachelors or Masters level degree program in Supply Chain, Business administration, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering.
  • Have some level of understanding in Supply Chain ,
  • Be knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing
  • Be fluent in oral and written English
  • Have the legal right to work without restrictions in the United Kingdom
  • Be willing to relocate and work in the Aberdeen office full time as personal engagement with colleagues is a key driver of the role.
  • Possess these key skills: Data Analysis and Presentations; Management Reporting; Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables; Project Management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.
  • Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
  • Contributing to driving lean manufacturing
  • Assisting in improving business profitability through productivity
  • Supporting in establishing continuous improvement model, and implementing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
  • Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
