Responsibilities

  • Analyze touchpoints across our programs and platforms to find patterns for our key customer segments regarding their educational content needs and help develop revenue and mission-generating products and services.
  • AI-Enabled Content Lifecycle Management: Help create and update Calix Customer Education content for specific personas, including the potential to build mobile microlearning modules, and work with content owners to sunset old material while piloting AI-assisted methods and proofs of concept including assets related Calix Solution Training, AI-Enabled BSPs, and Broadband Workforce Transformation.
  • Work with a variety of internal departments to update key educational content and extend the reach of current materials into Calix University and beyond.
  • Assist with administration and optimization of our learning management system.
  • Additional projects as needed.
