  • What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
  • A strong interest in cryptocurrency and the digital asset industry.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset; able to spot inconsistencies in procedures and recommend solutions.
  • Knowledge or coursework in financial compliance, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with KYC and due diligence processes in the finance sector.
  • Nice to haves:
  • Prior internship or work experience in a financial compliance, legal or fintech role.
  • Knowledge of crypto trading platforms and the challenges faced in the industry.
  • Experience business processes tools like visio, lucidcharts, figma
  • Working knowledge of mobile app platforms and their functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in onboarding users to our mobile crypto trading app, ensuring all compliance measures are observed.
  • Conducting enhanced due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for potential and existing app users.
  • Reviewing and assessing the company's current policies and procedures to guarantee they align with financial regulations and best practices in the crypto trading space.
  • Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure that the mapping of rules and processes are seamlessly integrated with day-to-day operational procedures.
  • Providing recommendations for improvements in onboarding and compliance processes based on findings from reviews.
  • Staying updated with the latest crypto trading regulations and compliance trends to ensure the app remains compliant.
