Requirements

  • Currently be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security or a related field
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Be organized and pay attention to detail
  • Be comfortable with technology solutions or willing to be trained and learn
  • Be competent with various Microsoft Office applications
  • Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skillsets
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Engage in processes within the Nissan Americas Security Operations Center (NASOC)
  • Assist with the development and presentation of KPIs for Corporate Security Operations
  • Actively participate in the development of framework for the Executive Security Program
  • Review security intelligence reporting and help craft executive briefings for senior leadership
  • Support efforts to audit/edit/publish Emergency Action Plans (EAP) for Nissan Americas HQ
  • Support efforts to effectively re-establish staffing and coverage requirements for the Nissan Americas HQ Emergency Response Team (ERT)
  • Support the generation and briefing of analysis on high-volume business travel locations in support of enhancing travel safety reporting and communication protocols
  • Support efforts to analyze the utilization and efficacy of pre-deployment travel safety awareness training modules
  • Support traveler safety efforts throughout the Nissan Americas region
  • Support budget analysis for contracted security services and help the team identify/manage changes to security postures in response to dynamic security/operational requirements
  • Support security requirements for protecting confidential vehicle testing/marketing
  • Assist in the development/review/implementation/continual assessment of analytical and reporting protocols for the NASOC )
  • Support the development/implementation of a scheduling/tracking tool for on-site security posture reviews (human/technical) for all non-manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Canada
  • Support the effective integration of open-source flight tracking capabilities to monitor executive transport/corporate aviation flight operations in the NASOC
  • Effectively and professionally liaise with NNA HQ Central Security personnel to identify/report/track operational and administrative concerns
