Requirements

  • Eligibility:
  • To qualify for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Marketing or a related field.)
  • Rising Sophomore and above required (30 Credits or more)
  • Available to work onsite a minimum of 3 days a week.
  • Qualifications:
  • Interest in all major areas of marketing, games, brand management, social media and/or PR.
  • Solid project management skills to coordinate across internal functional groups and external partners/licensees.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task over multiple projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible environment.
  • Keynote and Office Suite
  • Desired Characteristics:
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, and Communications.
  • Entering Senior or Graduate student preferred
  • Solid business, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Passion for games and entertainment.
  • Exposure to a project management tool system (Monday.com preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Games Marketing Team and Global Communications Team on day-to-day admin tasks and operations related to product branding, positioning, and asset management against a portfolio of games with wide-ranging genres and platforms.
  • Work closely with licensee partners to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing/PR materials, and manage internal tracking and organizational communication.
  • Partner with NBC Universal Theatrical Brand, Franchise, Parks and International teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to route marketing plans, assets, copy, activations, and other materials for timely feedback and approval.
  • Update monthly Games slate with any changes and send to internal distribution list.
  • Keep up with industry trends and actively participate in team brainstorming sessions to identify unique ways of promoting games and digital promotions.
