Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Development and Strategy teams with facilitating strategy development & planning, executing on strategic support for Voya’s business units, and supporting M&A analysis and integration
  • Assist with general competitor intelligence, internal reports, and senior management / Board special projects
  • Assessing strategic initiatives including advanced analyses of data and business case development
  • Maintaining comprehensive internal competitor intelligence databases, including producing product, business line, company, industry, and transaction analyses
  • Designing and preparing reports including quarterly reviews, special items reports, competitor deep dives, financial models, etc.
  • Working with stakeholders across Voya to gather information, gain diverse perspectives, and deepen subject matter expertise
  • Synthesize insights and recommendations into presentations and clearly communicate findings to senior executives
