What are the primary responsibilities of the Geotechnical Intern?
The primary responsibilities include conducting field and laboratory testing of concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates, performing sampling or testing as directed, assisting other personnel, transporting equipment and specimens, cleaning equipment and work areas, and progressively taking on more training and responsibilities.
What educational background is required for this internship?
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and be pursuing a BS degree in a science or related field such as environmental, safety, engineering, chemistry, biology, or geology, with less than one year remaining to complete their degree.
