Requirements

  • Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Culinary program
  • Lab and/or culinary experience working safely with food products, ingredients, and related equipment.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Flexible working style: collaborative in a group setting, and also independent to organize projects, timelines, and personal accountability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist Food Technologists in creating a wide range of finished food applications.
  • Support execution of experiments to evaluate flavor performance.
  • Participate in the tasting and evaluation of flavors in application.
  • Write reports to capture individual experiments.
  • Help with preparation of samples for our customers.
