As a DE&I intern, you will support Under Armour's global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and initiatives, working closely with teammate resource groups.

As a Talent Management intern, you'll support key projects in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Teammate Engagement & Performance, and Leadership Development.
Where is the internship located?
The internship is located at the Baltimore, MD headquarters office.

What eligibility criteria must I meet to apply for this internship?
You must be currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and July 2026. Additionally, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
How does the hiring process work?
The resume review process begins immediately upon applying, followed by virtual interviews with members of the potential team. You may also have the chance to interview for multiple roles. Offers will be extended after the completion of virtual interviews.

You will work one-on-one with a mentor throughout the internship, gaining insights and guidance on your project.
