What are the dates for the Summer 2025 Marketing and Publicity Internship?
The program runs from June 2nd, 2025, to August 7th, 2025.
Where is the internship located?
The internship is hybrid, requiring three days per week on-site (Tuesday to Thursday) in our NYC office, with one day remote.
What is the weekly schedule for the internship?
The internship is 28 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
What is the pay rate for this internship?
The pay rate is $16.50 per hour.
What types of tasks will interns be responsible for?
Interns will assist the marketing and publicity teams with promotions, design marketing materials, monitor media, write press materials, research media contacts, and handle administrative tasks, among other responsibilities.
What are the requirements for applicants?
Applicants should have knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, experience with design software such as InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva, strong organizational and communication skills, an interest in non-fiction books, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Do I need to submit a cover letter with my application?
Yes, candidates must submit both a resume and a cover letter to be considered for the internship.
Is experience in graphic design important for this internship?
