What is the duration of the internship?
The internship lasts approximately 12 weeks.
What is the hourly rate for this internship?
The internship pays an hourly rate of $18.00.
What are the minimum weekly hour commitments for interns?
Interns must commit to a minimum of 32 hours per week during regular business hours.
Who is eligible to apply for this internship?
Undergraduate students in their junior or senior year, and graduate students pursuing a master's degree with 0-2 years of work experience are eligible to apply. PhD students are not eligible.
What skills are preferred for applicants?
Preferred skills include strong writing, analytical, qualitative and quantitative research skills, experience with Excel and/or STATA/R, and strong PowerPoint and communication skills.
Where is the internship located?
The internship is a hybrid opportunity based in Washington, DC, combining in-person presence with the option for remote work, provided applicants are located in eligible states.
What happens if selected as a finalist for the internship?
Finalists will be required to submit two letters of recommendation or provide two professional references.
Are there any states from which remote work is not allowed?
Yes, remote work applicants may not work from Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Michigan, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Washington.
