Responsibilities

  • - Supercharge your early career and growth at Fidelity with personalized support, knowledgeable career guides and celebration of your achievements, while learning about Fidelity and building skills and experiences.
  • - In this role, you will be a front facing-client intern.
  • - You'll be job shadowing other associates listening on phone calls and start taking calls on your own as we help you build confidence and get the customer facing experience in real time.
  • - Engage in dedicated time each week to connect and refuel – by completing individual/group tasks & projects, networking with colleagues, and building client relationships.
  • - This internship could lead into sales or customer service full time roles, such as the Investment Sales Associate role, Customer Relationship Advocate role, and Workplace Planning Associate.
