Responsibilities

  • Actuary Internship Program
  • The Role: Seeking students studying actuarial science or quantitative finance who are analytical and enjoy problem solving. The Intern Consultant works with Senior Associates Consultants to provide advice to clients regarding their benefit programs with an initial emphasis in defined benefit plans. We work with you to develop their financial, business, and consultative skills. Your career path could range from a pension actuarial focus to a broad client strategy role, guiding finance, and human resource executives regarding their retirement, health and welfare, and employee communication needs.
  • Client Relations Internship Program
  • The Role: Client Relations: Supercharge your early career and growth at Fidelity with personalized support, knowledgeable career guides and celebration of your achievements, while learning about Fidelity and building skills and experiences. In this role, you will be a front facing-client intern. You'll be job shadowing other associates listening on phone calls and start taking calls on your own as we help you build confidence and get the customer facing experience in real time. Engage in dedicated time each week to connect and refuel – by completing individual/group tasks & projects, networking with colleagues, and building client relationships. This internship could lead into sales or customer service full time roles, such as the Investment Sales Associate role, Customer Relationship Advocate role, and Workplace Planning Associate.
