Requirements

High school degree required.
Excellent relationship management and inter-personal skills
Basic understanding of investments and/or portfolio reporting and related terminology
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel, word and PowerPoint; ability to use Excel to format, organize, analyze, present and report on client information
Detail-oriented and attention to accuracy and meeting deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
Ability to multi-task and be able to reassess priorities as situations arise
Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters
Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

Support the Advisor Acquisition and Product Strategy Team’s day-to-day initiatives related to the onboarding of Private Advisors and their team to the Firm.
Assist in tracking metrics and building reports for the Advisor Acquisition and Product Strategy Team.
Ability to input and analyze data related to Advisor’s investments and overall book of business.
Support RFP and Advisor Ranking processes/requests.
Other day-to-day responsibilities include supporting Global Family Office ad-hoc projects.
