Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting research and gathering data related to the company's business processes and systems
  • Help in analyzing business data, identifying trends and patterns, and making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing business processes and identify areas for enhancement or automation
  • Assist in preparing and presenting reports to management and other stakeholders
  • Support the development of business strategies and plans
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Serve as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology-enabled solutions to meet business needs
  • Identify automation industry best practices and recommend opportunities to improve work procedures.
