  • Provide general support to the daily operations of NYCEDC's Human Resources department
  • Assist in various project work related to ongoing and new programs and initiatives
  • Help develop and execute communications campaigns, including newsletters, announcements, and updates related to HR policies and employee initiatives
  • Support HR data management, including maintaining accurate employee information
  • Coordinate employee event preparation
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and offering front desk coverage for the HR area when needed
  • Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
