Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be a college junior or senior, pursuing a degree. The preferred major(s) for this position: Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership or related field.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility: ability to adapt to on-going change and work in a fast-paced, deadline intensive environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • MS Teams and SAP SuccessFactors (would be helpful but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Support our HR team with initiatives, research and evaluations to improve our processes.
  • Evaluate our certification programs. Research different program’s criteria and create processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to design, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives and solutions.
  • Document updated processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Assist with our 2025 open enrollment strategies by analyzing competitor’s benefits and researching market history
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the HR department by encouraging feedback, fostering innovation, and recognizing contributions to process optimization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of process improvement initiatives, project plans, status updates, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present reports to communicate progress, achievements, and insights related to process improvement projects.
