Responsibilities

  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot network scanners and printers
  • Provide support to users in all remote offices
  • Research various technical problems and provide solutions to end-users and departmental staff
  • Monitor Helpdesk calls and email messages and prioritize requests according to importance. Make sure all Helpdesk inquiries are answered in a timely fashion
  • Provide basic support for hardware, software, and network access
  • Track record of all hardware and software inventory
  • Learn about Networking, Vlans, Audio/Video systems, Imaging, configuring hardware and supporting software.
  • Build data dictionary, assist in data analysis, & support master data management.
  • Help with data cleansing using SQL Queries & Excel tools.
  • Help with building library of system & process artifacts using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Miro, etc.
