The candidate must have a preferred field of study in urban planning or related field, be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program or be a recent graduate, demonstrate enthusiasm for NYCEDC's mission, be proficient in database and presentation tools, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail-oriented and organized, able to work in collaborative teams, and be available to work full-time for the 12-week program.

The candidate will analyze zoning and development potential, review land use documents, participate in policy discussions, track mitigation requirements, create visual presentations, synthesize planning processes, and assist with other department tasks at the NYC Economic Development Corporation.
