Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Interest in HR areas of focus. Project topics will include: Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Benefits, HRIS selection and Implementation, Professional Mentorship Program.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
Interest and comfort level with data analytics preferred.
Must be pro-active, self-directed, detail-oriented and organized, as well as work independently in a virtual setting.
Ability to interact professionally with multiple and diverse cross-departmental stakeholders
Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines (with supervision).

Responsibilities

Assist the People & Culture Team in researching and assessing a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Work with cross-departmental summer interns to execute a Foundation-wide team project.
Research, assess and create a project plan around designing and implementing a Foundation Intranet website.
Partner with the Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Learning & Development and People & Culture leadership on special projects.
Other duties as required.
