  • The Foundation has an exciting learning opportunity available for a People & Culture Intern. This is a chance to work within a leading non-profit organization to gain firsthand knowledge on human resources, administration and reporting that help an organization accomplish its mission. This role would provide exposure to the overall field of Human Resources. We are seeking someone for this internship who is high-energy, detailed oriented and a self-starter with strong inter-personal and communication skills.


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interest in HR areas of focus. Project topics will include: Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Benefits, HRIS selection and Implementation, Professional Mentorship Program.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Interest and comfort level with data analytics preferred.
  • Must be pro-active, self-directed, detail-oriented and organized, as well as work independently in a virtual setting.
  • Ability to interact professionally with multiple and diverse cross-departmental stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines (with supervision).

  • Assist the People & Culture Team in researching and assessing a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Work with cross-departmental summer interns to execute a Foundation-wide team project.
  • Research, assess and create a project plan around designing and implementing a Foundation Intranet website.
  • Partner with the Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Learning & Development and People & Culture leadership on special projects.
  • Other duties as required.
