  • Build and maintain detailed financial models of major New York City development projects
  • Support teams administering multiple real estate and/or economic development transactions
  • Draft materials to support negotiations of contracts of sale, leases, and funding agreements
  • Prepare site development and project feasibility analyses
  • Support project teams in managing requests for proposals
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other divisions in NYCEDC, such as Legal, Planning, and Government & Community Relations
  • Manage professional communications with real estate developers, attorneys, consultants, and staff from City agencies
