Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be pursuing a major in Computer Science or related field
  • Demonstrated functional knowledge of RPA or ability to learn, including market-leading trends and platforms such as UiPath
  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated college-level software development experience using programming languages such as Java, C, C++, C#, and/or Python
  • Sound judgment, tact, and analytical ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation skills and organizational skills
  • Effective project management skills (task identification, prioritization, and documentation)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Should have a good blend of Technology and Process knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize key areas of the business where robotic solutions and automations can drive significant business benefit
  • Helps identify automation candidates and develop associated business cases for opportunities for improvement in existing processes
  • Collaborate with process owners to understand the end-to-end process
  • Assist with the creation of process design documents, testing, troubleshooting and reporting
  • Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation to alter or reengineer the process to automate or improve automation potential
  • Analyze and observe processes to understand the steps and applications used to complete business transactions
  • Develop Process Design Documents (PDDs) to inform development of automations by technical teams
  • Partner with process owners and the center of excellence (COE) throughout the course of process identification, planning, and implementation of automations, and serve as a liaison with the technical team and business team/process owner to develop engagement deliverables, such as PDD, test plan, test cases, and test automations
  • Serve as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology-enabled solutions to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand and bring to bear innovative digital technologies (RPA, AI, etc.) to transform business processes.
  • Identify automation industry best practices and recommend opportunities to improve work procedures
