Seeking a full or part-time undergraduate pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with strong MS Office and Windows 10 skills, basic computer hardware knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. Additional experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, or relevant IT certifications are a plus.

This internship will involve troubleshooting helpdesk tickets, creating workflows, setting up laptops on domain, installing software, replacing hardware, and configuring desktops and laptops at Vera Institute of Justice in the OPS IT department.
