Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing with knowledge of email marketing, mobile marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM)social media management, website optimization, and e-commerce.
  • Platform skills with experience using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media management tools, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling content for various digital marketing channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with quantitative skills to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS).
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content development, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Support mobile marketing efforts by assisting in the development and optimization of mobile campaigns and strategies.
  • Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO/SEM) initiatives by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and analyzing search performance.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and performance tracking across various platforms.
  • Support website optimization efforts by assisting in content updates, A/B testing, and user experience analysis.
  • Contribute to e-commerce initiatives by assisting in product listings, promotions, and performance analysis.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
