The ideal candidate for the Summer Leadership Program 2024 in Boise should be actively pursuing an Accounting degree, with a strong interest in public accounting. They should be graduating between May 2024 and December 2027, and possess excellent academic performance, interpersonal skills, involvement in extracurricular activities or work experience, and a genuine interest in Eide Bailly's culture.
