The candidate must be a rising junior or senior obtaining a bachelor's or master's degree in an Engineering or Quality related discipline, with work authorization in the United States. They should have experience in leadership roles, project management skills, and excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and enrollment in an accredited US university program are required, with multilingual abilities being a plus.

The Supplier Development Engineer Intern in Atlanta will be responsible for managing project implementation, improving supplier processes, conducting PPAP submission reviews, leading material qualification activities, resolving supplier issues, promoting component standardization, and implementing Hitachi Energy SCM standards. This role may also involve occasional business travel and requires upholding the company's core values of safety and integrity.
